The Early Years
Hey glizzy gang, it’s Steven—look at me holding hot dog tongs like a champ! Check out those classic pay phones! I can’t recall if I was manning the cart or just standing on my milk crate to reach the grill. That’s my style!"

Building this business has been a journey of resilience. During the COVID shutdown, I faced a pivotal moment, battling personal struggles and the temptation to walk away from something I loved. Instead, I chose to persevere, and that perseverance has carried me through. This experience has shown me that no matter what obstacles come your way, perseverance truly makes a difference.

Loving What I Do.
I'm passionate about what I do, I get to make people happy and I pour my heart into every dish I create. As a hustler a city kid, I thrive in the vibrant energy around me, and I'm driven to share that passion with others. My kindness and love for people fuel my culinary journey, as I believe in the power of food to connect us all and celebrate the human spirit.

Faith at the Heart of Our Business
At the core of what I do is my faith. It's not just a personal belief but a guiding principle that shapes every aspect of my business. You'll find a nod to my faith with Mary and Jesus on both of my trucks. I believe in respecting the journey that has shaped me, and I know I fall short at times, but that's not what it's about. It's about getting back up and continuing forward. The only failure in life is the one who fails to get up, and that mindset is at the heart of everything I do.

A Nod to My Roots
My family background is far from perfect, and it had its share of challenges, but it has undeniably played a role in who I am today. I'm grateful for the lessons learned along the way and the person I've become, imperfections and all.
